As per Goal 2 of FIFA President Gianni Infantino's Strategic Objectives for the Global Game: 2023-2027, FIFA’s objective is to implement transfer system reform and address other governance-related matters. With the FIFA Clearing House operational from November 2022, the first was taken to ensure that all solidarity payments for young players went to the training clubs. To reinforce contractual stability, protect the integrity of the transfer system and achieve greater financial transparency, FIFA also ensures that the necessary regulations are in force. In addition, FIFA facilitates the discussions between the necessary parties to ensure there is a collective responsibility that protects the welfare and well-being of players.
